Skype can't findmy Lenovo t410 laptop webcam?

Have you installed the webcam drivers for it? They'll be on the CD that was supplied with the computer. Without the drivers being installed first, no webcam program will find your webcam.

Check Windows Device Manager to see what the webcam is using for a driver. Update or install the one for the Windows version that you use. On line download available at Lenovo support.
