What do I do without an OS?

I have bought a lenovo ideapad z510 laptop. When I started using it, a black page with some writings came. I wanna boot my device and install a windows. What do I do? ( Don't say how to install the windows I wanna know how to boot it.)

Or, you could load up Linux Mint or Ubuntu.

The Windows install disk has the boot info on it. You can't boot a computer without an OS of some kind.

Insert a media disk with the required Boot information, such as a recovery disk that should come with the OS. Start up the computer and select that media for the system to boot off from.
