I bought a brand new Lenovo Ideapad like 3 days ago and when i plug it in it only charges to 50%. It won't charge any more than that no matter how long i leave it plugged in. It says, "plugged in, not charging" when i roll the mouse over the battery sign in the bottom right corner. I can return it within 15 days, is that necessary or is there a way to fix this?

Why don't you take it to wherey you got it… I think they should have an answer to that cause that is so abnormal. And for the fact that is new then you have to act fast before you blame yourself for acting slow

You could try calling Lenovo support. Or you could call the store where you bought it.
