I just bought a wireless mobile 3500 microsoft limited edition artist series mouse and for the first thirty seconds after I plugged in the little wireless receiver it worked but as soon as I tested the scrolling wheel it stopped working, I'm trying to make it work on a Lenovo Yoga Ideapad that has windows 8.1 and I have tried to download the driver that should make it work but I keep getting the error message that the parameters are incorrect. How do I make this mouse work so I can use it?

Don't know unless you unplug it, and then plug it back in. Maybe restart your computer. There may be a reset
button on the bottom of the mouse. I have had 4 of the
Microsoft mice now for 4 years, and they are still working fine. You can remove the battery and that will
reset it. Just then put the battery back in.
