My friend has give me his damaged phone to hopefully save everything on it onto my computer, I need help read details?

My friend has a ZTE Blade V0720 mobile phone, which has no micro SD card, we need to save what's in the system memory, it still turns on but the screen was damaged by accident can't see anything, it plugs into my computer, which all it shows inside there's "AutoRun", "Setup" and another document of setup information called "autorun" also. I tried opening each of those three things but it only led to me just downloading a shortcut document of a Windows hardware certification report, approved, and a list of details below about the phone. We were hoping to get the photos, videos, maybe the music but most importantly the notes/memos. I have a Windows PC, Lenovo, NOT an Apple Mac computer.

If anyone has any answers or a link you could share it would be gladly appreciated.

Try a google search for "how to transfer from a zte phone to a pc" ( w/o the quotation marks )

The issue is the way the phone reacts when it is plugged in via USB. Without being able to see anything on the screen, it is pretty well impossible to change it. I believe what it needs is called MPT mode, which will show the phone as a drive in Windows Explorer.

Replace the screen. As a blind person, you can't navigate ANYTHING that needs to be done. After you cann see, do the steps below.

Move files by USB
- Unlock your Android device.
- With a USB cable, connect your phone to your computer.
- On your phone, tap the "USB for…" notification.
- Select Transfer files.
- A file transfer window will open on your computer. Use it to drag files.
- When you're done, eject your phone from Windows.
