Audio levels on my lenovo yoga 2?

Added (1). Even if I raise the volume all the way, I can barely hear anything. Is that normal?
The audio works really well when I listen to spotify, but otherwise I can barely hear.
I have the 13" and I've had it for about two weeks

Why does my computer spaz out so much even when I don't touch it?

It's a Lenovo and I've heard their computers are bad. Examples are when I type 's' or 'w', it types out a whole row of letters instead of the one I wanted. Another example is when I tilt back my screen, the light settings pop up and mute my music. Can anyone help?
