Where should i upgrade my ram?

What i mean is where should get it from? I currently have 4gb ram. I have a lenovo h520. 3.0ghz HDD is 1t and is win 8. It supports 8gb max.

How to backup all data from my PC?

I wanted to reinstall my windows OS on my PC and I didn't backup all drives. I have c d and e, moved everything important from c: to e: since I only format the c: drive. I would successfully reinstall OS every time before but now I have this issue: windows can't be installed on the selected disk because on efi systems it can only be installed to gpt disks. So I already formatted C: but I can't load DOS now or any other OS… So how can I backup everything fron the other drives? This is thr first time when this thing occurs. Oh btw this time I'm using different disk which is original copy I have a key as well. My last OS was w7 ultimate sp1 now i'm trying to install w7 sp1 professional. System: Lenovo G 580AH

Built in camera won't work after update but it works on skype and the like?

I recently reformated and updated my lenovo n585 to windows 8.1 then intalled the needed drivers. At devce manager, it said that the camera is installed and working properly. And it does work but only in skype facebook and anything that asks for a cam. But it won't work if i just go to windows>camera. It says i need to connect camera. What shoud i do?

Is GTX 860M 2GB enough for gaming at 1080p?

I'm planning to buy the Lenovo Y50 this fall, especially for playing GTA V. Is the 2 gb version enough for 1080p gaming? Or should I go with the 4 gb version?
Will the 2gb version be enough for low-med gaming in next 4-5 years?

Can't switch between Intel video card to AMD

I have a Lenovo G500 and I've been trying to switch between the Intel video card to AMD. I installed the drivers and catalyst but It doesn't show any options to change between the video cards.

Computer Repair Store Incorrectly Repaired My PC, What Can I Do?

So, a couple of months ago, my Lenovo Y410P got a soda spill on it. The keyboard was backlit, so the liquid couldn't seep further because of a plating on the back. This means all I had to do was get the keyboard replaced. I took it to a local repair store, ACR, and was told that they could order a replacement keyboard and have it installed. I received the PC back, and it wasn't until I flipped it over to take it apart and clean it that I noticed they stripped a screw. They also installed the keyboard at an angle, and the outer piece fits fine while the side close to the screen is elevated by about a sixth of an inch. I want to know if I should take it back to them, another repair store, to court, etc. The keyboard actually gives downward a bit if I push on it, seems hazardous. Suggestions?

How to run windows 7 set up through my external dvd reader?

I have a lenovo external dvd reader. But i can't boot win 7 dvd through it. It says, " can't boot. Code 5".

My keyboard is unresponsive?

So a few keys on my keyboard are unresponsive. Well not unresponsive, but sometimes I have to press twice because I didn't press on the right angle. It's a new lenovo Z510, and it's very frustrating because I type quite fast and continuously, and when I'm writing an essay it's annoying to constantly have letters missing. I'm particularly talking about the letter 'e' and 'c', I have to press in a particular angle to make it work.

any ideas on how to fix this?

Computer screen turns off/flickering when I try to underclock cpu?

I've tried GPU overclocking and works fine with AND Overdrive, but can't seem to underclock the CPU.
When I try, the screen goes blank or if I reduce by 1X, It starts flickering showing the login screen for less than a second and then going off again for a few seconds.
Help, I wan't to overclock (less than the Turbo Boost setting, but more than the ordinary setting) but can't unless I underclock it.

I put oil in my heatsink?

Alright so i was trying to remove my lenovo T61 heatsink and there was a very stuck screw that didn't want to come off (and it didn't) so i put a very small drop of oil using a needle, on the screw to loosen it a bit i'm afraid that it will get to the motherboard and damage something.
