Name brand (Lenovo, Dell, HP) computers are locked. You can't adjust timing, over/underclocking.

You have an incredibly cheap low performance laptop in disguise.

A4-6210 is a laptop CPU soldered to the motherboard and not upgradable.
It is only 2111 score as a CPU

Graphics processing is ranked between Intel HD 3000 and HD 4000 mobility

It is a 15 watt cpu
It doesn't need a cpu cooler so probably only has a little decorative fan on top of it.
This is what it is supposed to look like

An 11.6" netbook

It is supposed to readjust back to 1.8ghz on re-boot no matter what you do to it.
The R3 has a maximum frequency of 600MHz

The CPU cooler is not designed for overclocking and neither is the motherboard or bios.

Just be ready to scrap the computer if you install software to adjust voltages. It would be reckless for anyone to tell you what to do.

Rub your feet on carpet and collect enough electricity. Then touch your motherboard you will underclock your cpu i promise you.

Don't listen to AcReppinStp you will ruin your motherboard and your computer will be useless till you pay $$$ for a new motherboard
