I have a Lenovo g560 (I think ) it's at a repair shop right now and they said that I've over did it with the gaming upgrades that I've put into it, what I need to know is there a special type of motherboard that I need to get and does anyone have any fairly cheap suggestions

G560 is a laptop. The only system board that fits is another G560 one.
I'm not sure what "gaming upgrades" you could have added that would damage the board. You could have loaded some dodgy drivers or other software that totally munged up Windows, but in that case you would need a factory reset, not a new system board.

I suggest you find a computer repair place that knows what they're doing. These guys sound like crooks.
