Which Linux distro should I use?

I have a tablet PC labtop. Lenovo thinkpad Twist. Intel i5 1.7Ghz 64bit cpu. 4GB of ddr3.

I need a distro that supports touchscreen; swipe, pinch, etc.

Added (1). I'm tired of windows 8.1. Its junk. Would rather use Linux.

Added (2). I use this laptop for school stuff; word processing, email, online legal research, etc.

That is not a simple task but can de done. Some features like the GPS probably won't work.
