I currently had - Intel Core i3-4010u @ 1.70Ghz (4 CPUs) ~ 1.70Ghz - with Intel HD Graphics Family - And I wonder, what processor is compatible with this specs, if I planing to upgrade it, and also is it upgradeable?
What processor compatible with Lenovo G50 70?
It's usually rare to upgrade a laptop CPU or just a laptop in general. Laptops tend to much harder to upgrade because you have to consider if your motherboard is compatible with it. It's usually not wise to upgrade a laptop like that.
You haven't given me the information about the current motherboard you have so I have no idea and I don't know anything about the motherboard that you have with this laptop. The motherboard is the MOST important thing to consider while you upgrade your computer because the motherboard is what runs your computer through its BIOS.
I suppose you could upgrade it but it's not very smart because that computer isn't really the best. If you buy a new CPU, you would also have to buy a cooling fan to make sure that new processor cools down. I would advise you to OVERCLOCK your CPU. But this is only if you know what you're doing. This can be extremely dangerous.
No you can't upgrade. I have checked the parts and to change to a different processor e.g core i5 you would require a new motherboard which would make it uneconomic and probably beyond your technical skill
