I believe I should upgrade a lot to be able to play gta 5 well I have a lenovo G50-70
intel core i5U 4210
Ghz 1.70 turbo 2.40
AMD radeon R5 M230
And the worst part 4 gb ram
so what do you think I should upgrade and is my processor fine?

You can only upgrade your RAM and hard drive. You can play GTA V on it, but you will need more RAM to run it on higher settings.
