I recently got a new Lenovo Y Gaming Headset (it's a usb one) but I realized that now for some reason whenever I temporarily minimize a running game, I can still hear the game's sound in the background (when i'm on the desktop main screen). This hasn't happened before so i'm assuming its the headset. Any help is appreciated.
How I can mute a game when I minimize it to do something else like search the web?

If you right click on the volume icon in the bottom right (if not its under the arrowed category) you can open up a program called volume mixer where you can just mute the programs you don't want making noise. Hope this helps!

Minimizing will always leave any program or application running in the background. If you want it stop, turn off the volume, or exit the app. If this doesn't work, it can simply be fixed by shoving an omelette up your ***. A cracked egg is fine too.
