Windows 8.1 PC running very slowly?

So my computer was running very very slowly (so much that you can't go to start menu or open anything). Starting up is also very slowly, takes up to 8-15 minutes. And then after logging in it takes another five minutes. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and but I didn't really like it so I upgraded it back to Windows 8.1 and it became very slow. The cursor works fine (not a slow cursor). CTRL+ALT+DELETE takes up to 20 seconds to load. To click a something (desktop icon, start, etc etc), it takes a very long time like 10 to 20 minutes. My PC is a 64 BIT, Lenovo, Windows 8.1, and its about one and a half years old. Before I upgraded to Windows 10 it was working fine but after I changed back to Windows 8.1 it suddenly was very very slow.

Please reply soon, thanks.

New laptop has better gpu than desktop but performs horribly?

I just bought the lenovo y40-80 the 1400 dollar one and it has 4 gb of vram, it has an r9 275x. It also has a dual core Intel core i7 5500U.
My desktop has an amd a10 5800k overclocked to 4.9 ghz (quad core) and my gpu in my desktop is an r7 260 by power color and has 2gb of vram. Why do I get half the fps I get on my desktop on my laptop?

How to connect a ps4 to an All IN ONE Desktop? - 1

I bought an Lenovo (SN: P90061SZ) which has an hdmi in & out port at the back. I'm trying to connect my PS4 to it because of it's 1080p High quality. So, do I put the hdmi cable on out or in? Also, how do I go to the hdmi screen because this model doesn't have a button for me to do that?

Why didn't windows 10 work? And do the windows 7 drivers work in windows 10 without any issue?

So I tried the free windows 10 upgrade a few days ago, the installation took a little longer than it should be, but it eventually got through.

The problem started when it booted to the desktop, the screen was at the wrong resolution and there was no other selectable option in the setting to correct it, then the system would freeze at several minutes intervals, also application icons would just disappear from the taskbar and lastly, the start menu itself would not work, it wouldn't even come up(it did when windows just booted)

Basic system info; Lenovo V570, 64bit, Intel core i5 @2.40GHz with 6GB RAM.
