Why is my Twitch live stream lagging?

When i live stream directly from my Elgato it is perfect 720p with no lag spikes at all. When I stream using OBS or Xsplit so i can add a overlay, it lags tremendously. I tried to download the newest update of Elgato because the update has an option to stream with an overlay, It does the same thing, lag. I have no idea what could be the issue. Again, I can live sream perfectly with the version of elgato I have right now.

Anyone else have this issue with Windows 8?

It seems like once a day the internet stops working on our new Lenovo desktop computer. The internet works perfect on my laptop and iPod. But if the internet stops working we just restart the computer and it works fine then.

Which one of these computers could run DayZ, Civ 5, and others?

My gaming PC was completely destroyed not too long ago, and now I'm just wanting a computer that can play the games I bought such as the ones listed in the title. I'm not looking to run the games in ultra high settings, just about medium. My limit is $350
So, which of these would be the best buy? Also, please state if I could possibly upgrade it later.

How to stop McAfee pop ups?

Literally one pops up EVERY 2 seconds (I've counted), and it says "Potentially Unwanted Program Blocked", It gives to options "Remove" (Which I've already done 10 times) and Close (I just gave up at trying the remove option).
Please help this is going to drive me insane, plus when I click on the McAfee icon on the desktop it says that the subscription has expired, shouldn't that mean that it shouldn't have pop ups?!
Also, don't know if this helps, but the computer I'm using is a Lenovo.

How to enable my computer to get into sleep/hibernate mode when it is not in use?

I have a desktop Lenovo Workstation S30 computer with an LCD screen. Up until recently, when I don't use the computer for about 20 minutes, it went into sleep/hibernate mode until I moved the mouse. When it did so, I would get a beeping sound. Now, I get the beeping sound, the screen blacks out for a second, then comes back on… And it beeps again. It doesn't go into sleep mode. What is causing this and how may I fix it? Thanks.

Added (1). I also use Windows 7.
