I have a lenovo 2561 H20S PC with Intel(R) HD Graphics.

Any other requirements to get this graphics card?

If I can't get this graphics card, are there any other good graphics cards for gaming that will run games like minecraft, H1Z1, Rocket league, at a smooth fps on medium to high settings?

Unfortunately your powersupply is only 180w, and the gtx 960 requires atleast 400w (but 500w recommended). You would need to upgrade your power supply to upgrade graphics card.
