I have a lenovo 2561 H20S PC with Intel(R) HD Graphics. I don't know what the power supply is or where to find it. Any other requirements to get this graphics card?

Check your case of your pc the PSU is the box inside the case where you plug in the main power cable. Into take a photo of it.
I looked up your computer, and it is not really made for upgrading. It is pretty much a very inexpensive computer. Sure, you could add a video card and power supply, but your RAM is really low, your processor ain't all that fast, etc. Perhaps just save the money and just buy a whole new computer that is more what you want. That's what I would do.
