How to get a refund for my PC?

Nearly a year ago I purchased a all in one Lenovo PC from a shop, It was a lot of money and I want to get a refund for it as it is no longer what I want.

The shop has a 90 day return if not satisfied, which has expired now and I want to break the computer but it can't be caused by accidental damage or misuse so how can I get a refund for this?

It's simply not going to happen.
Sell the thing and buy a new one.

To get a refund, for anything, you have to: 1. Have the receipt. 2. Follow the refund policy. Although some refund policies are never told to the consumer. 3. Return the item with in the refund/return time limit. If you have the receipt and the policy, chem for the return time limit. If it's less than 1 year, you're out of luck. But you could sell it and buy another. On the other hand, if you can return it, even for a refund, they might resell it under their open box deal, which means no box.

You can't, don't be so stupid.

Being as this is the legal section, I recommend you call your lawyer

You can't. You had 90 days. Not the store's fault that you changed your mind a year later.

You can sell it, but since its a year old, its only worth a fraction of the original price
