How to hook up my PlayStation 2 to my computer monitor?

I have a ThinkVision computer monitor and I'm trying to find out which cable I need to connect my Playstation 2 to it. I heard about an S-Video cable, but neither my PlayStation or monitor has an input for such cable.

There are cables with a vga end and rca connectors. You may have to get an adapter for the vga end but this cable should work. You may also have to reset the resolution on the monitor so the picture comes out right.
