I want to buy a NEW Multimedia Laptop and I believe these 2 brands are the best. Now I like the Lenovo Y510p but I heard that It has overheating issues and I'm looking to buy a PERFORMANT and DURABLE laptop.
wondering which model is better? My budget is ok for both.
Also what is the latest model? The ASUS n550jk or n550jv? Or N56JR?
I want the LATEST 2014 model? Should I buy now or wait for Lenovo and ASUS to come out with new ones?
I would say to wait for the lenovo y50, but if you are desperate, i would recommend the asus g750jm. Both have a gtx860m, which is similar to a gtx770m, which inturn is similar to dual gt750/755m, without the extra heat, and stability issues of sli.
The ting about the Y510p overheating is total bulls*it i have it and it's quiet and no overheating. It has 2 fans how can it overheat. And you can add an extra graphics card. So kenovo has more like gaming style, the speakers are awsome too (JBL speakers) lenovo is more powerfull to it has dual GTX 750 SLI.
