In need of laptop suggestions for the moderate gamer for around 600-900$?

I'm wondering what kind of laptop to purchase, i'm looking for a laptop that i can run AT LEAST regular graphics with no lag on games like Dragon Nest. Looking for the best that varies from 600-900$

Use CAN I RUN for Dragon's Nest checking off LAPTOP and then entering the CPU, Graphics, and then RAM.

1080p display, 15 to 17.3" diagonal, with a good graphics card:

You can compare what you find to Amazon and BHPhoto and Best Buy

The MSI GP70 shown in the other answer is not bad, and is a 17.3", but is not full hd. It is 1600x900 resolution with its GT 740M.
Here is a bargain at $900

Lenovo Y510p with Dual NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M SLI (no DVDRW) and an i5-4200M and 1080p display.
There are a few choices cheaper
Newegg collects sales tax for CA/TN/NJ residents.
The trackpad of the Lenovo is not as stable and you may want to use a USB Mouse, and graphics cards are active when plugged into wall power and gaming.

With 9 times the graphics power recommended for Dragon Nest, it would play on maximum settings on 1080p at its maximum frame rate handled by a display. You get 60 frames per second on maximum settings.

They have a Lenovo Y510p with a smaller HDD for $50 less.
They have a 17.3" Z710 for $880
http://www.newegg.com/...6834313743
Intel Core i7 4700MQ (2.40GHz)
8GB (2 x 4GB) Memory 1TB HDD
NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M
1920 x 1080
Windows 8.1

It will still play Dragon Nest at maximum on a bigger display.
Although not as known for gaming as the MSI, it offers a 1080p display and core i7 quad core CPU and a better graphics card GT 745M.
With 392% of recommended graphics, and the super strong core i7 and full 8GB RAM in Full HD 1080p in a 17.3" Screen, the laptop should be sure to please, but it is heavy.

The Y510p with GT 755M SLI plays most modern games at ultra or at least high settings. A few games are limited by the i5 CPU. The Z710 boosts the CPU at a big hit to graphics power, but in overall use and in game recording, the i7 is a winner.
There are a few very good choices. Note that when going for the lower priced models you give up features and performance. Laptops are not upgradable for graphics power and really only take more ram if under 8GB to be a useful upgrade. Spend what you can afford as you won't buy again for a long time.

The MSI Computer Corp. GP70 2OD-027US;9S7-175812-027 17.3-Inch Laptop should be your choice if you are looking for a good gamer below $900.
Excellent processor, great RAM for gaming, good battery life, good Graphics card, etc
