I'm from India and am looking to buy a Windows laptop with at least Intel i7 processor under Rs. 85,000 (max.) for music production purpose. I'll be using VSTi's quite heavily and I need a laptop as I need to use it in church and other places for live music (I know Windows ain't too good for that but I can't afford an awesome MacBook pro and won't go for MacBook air).
One of my considerations is Lenovo y50 - 8GB RAM, Intel i7 4710hq 2.5GHz to 3.5 GHz. I'd appreciate your reviews on it. Also, do tell about any other laptop you've known to work good.
No offense but please don't post comments against Windows. I know about the problems with Windows (I'm using a Windows desktop) and I still choose to stick with it for various reasons like budget, freedom etc.
