Macbook Pro vs Lenovo Y50 for music production?

Hola! I'm from India and am looking for a laptop that I'll mainly use for serious music production and some occasional casual gaming, with a budget of Rs. 85,000 (max.). I'm planning to use the laptop for live music as well.

I've worked on Windows up till now and have faced very little problems. I have no experience with a MacBook. Among the two, y50 seems to beat the MacBook any day but I'm not sure how good would it be for music purpose as that is my main concern.

Here are the specs:
Apple MacBook Pro MGX72HN/A:
2.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 Processor (Turbo Boost up to 3.1 GHz, 3 MB shared L3 cache)8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L RAM; 128 GB PCIe-based Flash Storage13.3-inch IPS Retina Display, Intel Iris Graphics

Lenovo Y50:
Intel Core i7 4710hq 2.5 to 3.5 GHz 6mb cache, 8GB ddr3 RAM, 1TB SATA 5400 RPM hard disk with 8gb SSD, 15.6 inch display, nvidia gtx 860m 4gb gddr5 graphics.

On Windows I'm very comfortable with Ableton Live but I'm also willing to try Logic Pro. Please tell me which would be the best. Also, do tell me if I can get a laptop assembled as in that case, I'll pass on graphics card and get better cpu etc.

No. Mac is the best. If you ever went to any music studio you would see a mac. They are so much better than lenevo than and are made for that kind of work.

Lenova definitely. MacBooks are way overrated and overpriced. You can get much better computers for the same price as a MacBook. For a MacBook, you're simply buying the name, not anything good. In my experience, Lenovas run programs much better than MacBooks. I use ableton, fl studio, magix, garbage band, and cakewalk on my lenova. I've never had issues of crashing like my friend who has a MacBook pro. However, I also take outstanding care of my laptop and he seems to be a bit careless. Perhaps I'm biased, but MacBooks are so overrated.

Edit: I'm not saying they can't do it and yes lots of producers make it work but a lot of people use macs to look cool and professional. A lot of people buy in to the hype surrounding macs. Macs are not made good for the price they come for. They crash way after than any pc I've ever had, they're much less secure, they're expensive, which hey, you get what you pay for and I don't mind spending a couple thousand on so, etching that will work and last, but with a MacBook you're paying a couple thousand just for it to have an apple on the back. With macs you can't just simply take it somewhere to get fixed and replace parts yourself except the ram maybe, you have to take it to Apple, make an appointment, and have the "geniuses" there fix it which is also expensive, although they may have changed since I had mine. Also, there are programs, like fl studio that will not run on macs. If you plan on using fl, you need to take that into account. Now, the display on macs is gorgeous and so much more organized compared to the annoying windows 8. But, overall macs simply aren't great for multitasking unless you don't mind it crashing in the middle of your work and loosing your songs. They don't last long either. I had mine two years and then it started running horribly. At three years, they told me at Apple that it was just outdated and I needed a new one. Do more research on it before you decide. If you want a laptop just to surf the Internet on then macs are good if you want to pay the price.

Lenova.
