So when I first turn on the laptop(IdeaPad U530 Touch), I was required to register for a outlook account. Ever since then I have to login to that account to enter. I simply want to turn on my computer and not have to use a sign-in password each time. Would love a clear answer.
Lenovo laptop delete administrator account?
Michael
Nothing to do with the Lenovo, it's a Windows feature.
Go into Settings / Accounts and under the section "your email and accounts" you will find a setting to change between a Microsoft account and local user account / password.
Change over to a local account and don't set a password. Now the machine will start up automatically without entering a password. Obviously not as secure, but if you aren't worried about that, carry on. DO NOT delete administrator account!
You won't be able to do any updates! You would need to create a non Outlook account on your machine. Then log in to that.
