My laptop doesn't work how can I fix it?

Hit it with a hammer.

Plugged it in
Gave it a minute or two for initial charging
Hold down the power button for about 20 seconds.

If that doesn't work there should be a little reset pinhole that will force a reboot. I use a paperclip to get to the button.

You might have to replace the hard drive if it was a software issue, or check the bios config. If it was a hardware issue it might have to do with cooling, which on that case you should let the pc cool and try in a while

You should take it to your local computer repair place and let them help you instead of online.
