Best used laptop or Mac for under $200?

I'm looking for a laptop used for around $150 with and without a hard drive (I have one I can install). There are many options on eBay but I hate HP and Dell, I've always had problems with them so those are a big no.
I've been looking at Fujitsu, Lenovo, Gateway, Asus, etc.

I want something just to mess around with for trying different OS's or a Mac book, light gaming such as Half Life 2, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion and such and other mostly basic tasks.

I'd prefer to stay away from Toshiba Satellite laptops aswell.

What brand or model would be the most reliable in my price range (used)?

Laptop came with a defective keyboard?

Its a refurbished Lenovo t520. The keyboard plain doesn't work. I ordered it on amazon.

All I want is my laptop to boot on SSD to make it boot faster without moving other programs and files because the SSD won't take it. Any ideas?

I bought Lenovo Z50-70 but no OS disks. How to install windows if HDD crashes?

I bought a lenovo z50-70 with windows 8.1 installed on it but their is no disks with it. I can create a recovery drive but will it also be useful if my HDD crashes someday. Is their any way to make an OS disk so that I can make it work on this laptop in case HDD crashes someday.
Also, can I repartition my HDD without the need of OS disk and just the recovery drive?
I only have C: drive(890GB) and D: Drive(25 GB) but I wanted atleast 3 drives so that C: contained only installations E:/F: contained setups and D: is for recovery.
So will I be able to do repartitioning without the need of Windows 8.1 disk?

My laptop suddenly starts to lag?

I usually use my lenovo laptop to surf on the net and now suddenly everything starts to lag. Even games have begun to lag, which were super smooth once. Also the search. I have kept windows update to automatic and i have win 8.1
Can someone please help me?

I'm Planning to buy a lenovo y50 with Gtx860m. I have many doubts regarding the laptop.First of all is the 4gb version of Maxwell architecure. I read somewhere that all the 4gb versions are of keplar architecture. And how is the laptop performing with the latest games such as Witcher 3, GTA 5, Arkham Knight and how will it perform regarding the games to be released in the future.
