I'm moving and need to buy a wireless router for my new apartment

I have a lenovo yoga 2 pro which is slow on my current router. Perhaps the laptop is too new for the older wireless router. I'm looking at the netgear N300. Would that be compatible with my laptop? Or what is compatible? I would also be putting my wii on the wireless. And my phone. It is a small apartment, only one bedroom. So it doesn't need to go a mile or anything. Lol. And I really don't want to spend too much. Suggestions please?

Added (1). Linksys E2500 -- what about that one?

Added (2). so is the Linksys E2500 better than the netgear N300?

Is the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro good for these games? And any suggestions?

The Mount & Blade games (Warband and Vikings), Chivalry, War of the Vikings, Minecraft, the Total War games (more specifically Rome II), and similar games?

If not, do you guys have any suggestions as to laptops that can? Nothing as heavy as a Gigabyte though, and not specifically for gaming (good for school too)

And is the intel m core not as powerful as the i5 or i7?

What is the best and worst cpu replacement for my i5-3230M rPGA988B?

According to own research, my laptop should be a rPGA988B (FCPGA988) G2, but I'm totally new to cpu upgrade, and I'm afraid of buying a wrong one. Want to buy a cheap cpu for my laptop to test the water first, then a best to really replace it, thus the worst and best question. And will there be a new cpu made for this cpu socket?

Can i install a new graphics card on my laptop?

Is a lenovo 4 cell batt any good for gaming?

So this cyber monday i found a lenovo y40 high performance gaming laptop that supposidly costs 1199 but i'm saving a ton. Dropped to 699
anyway the specs look great for me only problem is the 4 cell batt. I don't know if this means that gaming will be difficult to play. I want to play world of warcraft. Since this is lenovo., can i assume that a 4 cell batt is good for gaming but a 4 cell batt from a non gaming laptop will be different? I don't know where to start.

Would this laptop run AutoCAD well?

I'm looking to buy a laptop alongside my desktop PC that I got set up at the beginning of September, and I'm searching for one that isn't much more than $350, one that can handle AutoCAD just fine. I found one that seems like it maaaay be able to get the job done, but I'm not 100% sure. Here are the specs for the first one that I liked:

Lenovo B50 15.6-inch Laptop Black:
- Intel Pentium 3558U 1.7 GHz processor
- 4 GB DDR3 RAM
- 500 GB 5400 RPM HDD
- Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit
- 5-hour battery life

It's just under $330, and I don't have a very high budget, so that's that. Hopefully this passes as an acceptable laptop for light AutoCAD use. Please, let me know!

Need a good laptop for an engineering major?

I'm pretty much between the macbook air 13 inch ($800) the lenovo y40 ($700) or the thinkpad helix ($700) … I need something that will run AutoCAD solidworks etc. I'm just tired of going to the computer lab lol.

Lenovo Thinkpad X230T touchpad not registering clicks after liquid spill?

I accidently spilled non-acetone nail polish remover on my keyboard a day ago. I immediately turned off the laptop and wiped everything down with a paper towel. The keyboard and track point seem to be working fine, but the touch pad is having problems. It still registers when I move my finger around on it and even is able to scroll down web pages, but it will not register clicks when I click down on the touch pad or even when I tap it with my finger. Will I have to replace the whole palm rest area or should I just wait for it to dry some more?
