I want to make my laptop better?

I have a Lenovo laptop, it is pretty garbage. Is there a way to buy parts for it and turn it into something as good as alienware? For example, get more ram, better hardrive, better processor, better graphics card, etc? Would I be able to reinvent it into something extremely good, or is there a limit?

Best gaming laptop under 1000?

Kinda don't wanna spend more than 800 but if there's a really worth it laptop then I guess I can do it. I haven't been able to find a laptop with 7200rpm and 8t hard drive so can someone link me? Also would prefer 17' screen. And hey if by some miracle there's one for cheaper than 800 by all means link it (highly doubt it because gaming laptops are expensive… But worth)

Adding more ram to laptop?

I have a question. I've bought myself a lenovo y50-70 laptop and i've got spare 4 gb of ram, is it alright if i add them to my new pc, ? Would it increace the performance, or dicrease. I have no problem with the performance of my new laptop, but i'm just wondering what would happen.

What games run on my laptop?

I really thought Just Cause 2 would run on my laptop because NBA 2k14 run well on it. Any way, what games would run on Lenovo t400? It has 4 gb ram, 2.5 ghz intel dual core, radeon HD 3400 with 256 dedicated ram. I've been thinking of Batman Arkham Asylum.

Is the Lenovo Y50 worth it?

Hey i'm looking for a new gaming laptop, and the lenovo y50 looks perfect for what i need it for. But before buying it i would like some input on what you guys think about it (I already know that the screen is not too great and i could care less).

Windows 8.1 has random characters?

On my Lenovo laptop, I got a virus about WebSearchMania. I went into the registry editor and deleted anything I felt suspicious. When i finished, the first thing i noticed was that google chrome stopped working. I proceeded to restart my laptop. When Windows was loading again, it took longer than usual. When it loaded, the lock screen was blue and it had random characters. When i tried to log in, it would say random characters and would take me back to the lock screen.
