Laptop not charging after a popping sound?

I was playing about on my lenovo y50 (2014 model) when I wanted to charge it. The nearest power source was kinda far so I hooked it up to a cable roll thingy. As I was plugging the adapter to my laptop suddenly there was a random small explosion from the cable roll. I didn't bother to do anything because after that it was charging normally. I continued playing until the lights went out and it stopped charging but I carried on until it dies anyway. After the lights went back on again, I decided to play again and start it off by charging my laptop (this time no cable roll). To my horror, my laptop wasn't charging and I have waited hours after and it's still not charging. I was wondering if there's a quick fix on this so I can play tonight. But if not I'l have to wait until Monday before I can fix it. And I won't have anything to do on the weekend.

Logitech M310 mouse not working. Any solutions?

Just yesterday… I was using my mouse when I used a newer one of the same mouse on my laptop which is a Lenovo G50-80 80L0. Today, I switched the wireless USB of the newer mouse back the older USB of my old mouse and the cursor refuses to move. The USB works fine when I plug it in and I can see my computer identifying it correctly. I tried updating my drivers, changing USB ports, deleting mouse hardware and restarting my laptop with the USB connected to reinstall the mouse hardware, replacing mouse batteries, reconnecting my USB after 5 seconds… Et cetera. But no luck… Is there any solutions or fixes that may work or is my last resort recycling it and using the new mouse and USB?

I'm not looking for a high end laptop but something that can run Heroes and generals, Smite, and World of tanks. I currently have a Lenovo i3. With an integrated HD 3000. Doesn't do the job.Something in the 400-500 range. I'm kinda asking for the whole damn pie.

Why is the word Forward appearing in green at the bottom right and corner of my computer screen?

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop and I have had it for a year and it runs windows vista. On the bottom right corner the word Forward is just there hanging out pretty large and Neon green. How do I get it to go away?

Help my laptop won't boot

I'm using a lenovo g500 laptop and recently when i booted it it said preparing for automatic repair then diagnosing your pc and finnaly the screen went blue and it said that the computer didn't boot properly it gave me 2 buttons the firsth is restart and the second is advanced options i pressed restart but it did the same thing than i tried to run it in safe mode but it was the same please help!
