What's the max processor i can upgrade my laptop?

I have a Lenovo Yoga-510 laptop with intel i5. I upgraded the RAM from 8GB to 16GB recently and have been wanting a more powerful processor and graphics card.

i read online that laptops can't handle as much power as a tower can so i thought id ask.
i'm currently running windows 10 x64 with AMD Radeon

Laptops usually have the CPU soldered to the motherboard. They're not upgradable.

There's no upgrade possible with a laptop. The processors are set forever when you buy them.

You re usually stuck with what it came with. You computer was designed with the processor it has in mind, and a more powerful one would generate more heat than it was designed for. For this reason, and because it takes less space to do so, laptops are usually built with CPU permanently attached.

Replacing the GPU is usually not an option. Most non-gaming laptops use the integrated graphics on the CPU itself. Yours doesn't appear to, but I doubt it can be replaced. Some laptops are able to use an external graphics card, but I don't think yours can do that.

Check lenovo website to see if it can be upgraded at all --- most laptops can't

There are no upgrade options - the processor is soldered to the motherboard in this model. The manufacturer produced different motherboards for different processors.
