Which laptop campany has best after sales service?
I have an HP.
Twice I had minor issues and called them. The phone rang 3 times and someone picked up. There was no pressing the options to go through a whole menu. I got a human voice right away.
My computer was bought at a liquidation center and was past the warranty and they told me so, and then proceeded to help me.
On top of that (one of the times) my question wasn't even related to their computer hardware. Still the service person stayed with me and helped fix my problem. A few days later I got an email asking if my problem was solved and to call back if there were any issues. Even though my warranty had expired.
Before that I had an Acer. You have to register your computer with them when you buy it.
One week after my warranty expired I had a major problem and called them.
Their telephone system immediately recognized my phone number which was associated with the registration and determined my warranty was finished and would not allow me through and closed the line. I tried several times and the automated "Robot" shut down the phone line each time.
I was so mad that I picked up the Acer slammed it into a concrete floor and bought an HP the next day.
Yes! I could do with a bit of anger management control.
I have told many of my friends this story and three of them over the years have bought HP.
Acer is a decent computer, but their service sucks big time and I will never buy or recommend them.
About the others on your list, that I can't say.
Hewlett Packard has been in business for a long time and is a reputable company.
