Windows 8.1 update help, and navigating Lenovo website?

So I updated to windows 8.1
But before I did that I read this site:
http://download.lenovo.com/...ex_en.html

So, it gives you a list of programmes/apps you should uninstall before updating because sometimes issues can arise, and then you should download them after the update again

then it says to get the programmes you uninstalled from:
http://www.lenovo.com/...windows8.1.

But I don't know where to find them?
Help!

I uninstalled the following apps/programmes:
- AccuWeather
- Amazon
- Dictionary
- Encyclopaedia Britannica
- fishing joy
- Google chrome
- Kindle
- Lenovo companion
- Lenovo cloud storage by SugarSync
- Live TV
- McAfee Internet Security
- McAfee Security Advisor
- Youcam

So where do I find these now?

Also, if i'm unable to find these, will a factory reset of my computer bring them all back again or are they gone for good?
I know I can get some apps from the windows store, but what about programmes like YouCam?

- Kindle - From the store
- Lenovo companion - From Lenovo website
- Lenovo cloud storage by SugarSync - From Lenovo. But why not use OneDrive and the app from the store. MUCH better integration with Windows.

- McAfee Internet Security - Don't bother! Use the in-built Windows Defender.
- McAfee Security Advisor - Don't bother! Use the in-built Windows Defender.
