As I said in the title, I'm using a Windows 8.1 PC, a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro to be exact, and I started having problems with launching Skype. I double click the shortcut and even though Skype appears in the Task Manager, the main screen doesn't come up until 5 minutes or something. Everything was working fine and suddenly this problem occurred… Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix this? I'll appreciate any help.
I have a Lenovo all-in-one monitor that I just got about a year. I wanted to know if I would be able to connect a Mac tower to the monitor.

My company recently upgraded from the Lenovo T420 to the X1 Carbon and it's literally causing major headaches.
I extend my screen to a 23" monitor (LT2323p Wide) at 1280x800 and have never had a problem, but when I connect the new X1 Carbon the screen is slightly blurry and strains my eyes.
Do you know what might cause this, e.g. Refresh rate, et cetera?
