My school gave all the students these stupid little lenovo chromebook leapfrog toys and I was wondering if there was any way, in Kali Linux 2.0 specifically, if I could change what my operating system appears as? For example, I d like to make my Dell Vostro 3700 appear as a chromebook on the network there. Not physically, or course.
Any help is appreciated.

My computer has been recently going into something like a sleep mode (the monitor goes black and gives the no signal message) without warning. It will do it while in use and the only way to get it back again is to restart the computer.
I have checked all the wires and nothing is loose, neither are any of the internal components. I know the monitor is ok as I've tested it on other computers and it works fine. I've also done a number of virus scans and found nothing.
Any suggestions as to fix the problem whould be greatly appreciated.

I want to upgrade my graphics card in order to be able to accommodate gaming, however as my PC is a microtower the choices are limited. I'm planning to get one of the given laps. But well I talk about lenovo people say that is compromised with quality having alot of complains.hp envy is costly than inspirion with same specz.
I recently bought a Lenovo Yoga 3 14. It didn't come preloaded with windows 10 at the time, so I updated it as soon as the pc turned on. When the update process was complete, I then installed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013, and Kasperky internet Security. When I booted up Powerpoint, the Harmony application told me about Lenovo motion control. I activated and, for a while, it worked with no problems. But it suddenly stopped working. As for the rest of the applications, like Touch Control, they still work, but it seems that the motion control is offline, even when I turn it off and on again. What should I do?
Note: I would prefer to keep harmony online, so uninstallation is out of the picture…
