I'm sure the Lenovo Miix 2 the other answer quoted is a very nice tab, but it also costs in the neighborhood of 25,000 Rs - see here:

http://www.ebay.in/itm/121258390674

For your budget, about 1/4 of that, the tab specs you quoted seem very capable and competitive. With a fairly high-res capacitive screen, quad-core processor and up to 32GB external storage, it looks very nice.
Lots of bells & whistles, too - 2 cameras, g-sensor and up-to-date OS, there's only one thing you didn't mention that I'd want: compatibility with Google Play. Many of the lower priced Android tabs are not included there so their ability to download apps is very limited. Without the brand name/model # I can't check it for you, but you can check it yourself, here:

If it's listed it would be a definite buy for me, and maybe even if it's not, as it's still a very nice tab for the money… Good luck!

I prefer Lenovo miix 2 8" very affordable with high specs, battery life is remarkable.

I owned one and i never regret buying it.
