New Lenovo tablet will not work?

I recently bought a Lenovo TAB S8 and it has been delivered today. I turned it on and the second I tried touching it to set the country and time ect it would not work. The touch screen will not work, i've held the off button for 30 seconds to turn it off and then turn it back on. I done this 3 times and it will not work still! :/

I know it is extremely frustrating when you purchase an item and as soon as you try to use it you discover it won't work, especially if you have been looking forward to its arrival and using it.

Obviously your tablet is under warranty and if you can't get it working properly you need to contact the company you purchased it from immediately and tell them it does not work.

They are under an obligation to either replace, refund you or offer you an alternative product.

If you purchased it from a local store rather than contact them you should return the Lenovo to the shop where you purchased it and inform them of the problem.

Remember to take your proof of purchase with you of course.
