I have an ME173 that I'm fairly happy with, after a lot of messing around to get stuff I wanted like an SSH server and a Bluetooth GPS interface and Bluetooth PAN interface to my older phone. Much better after I found a capacitive stylus - otherwise I could never hit the right links, even though my hands are smaller than my dad's. Good battery life, good for watching video on the bus as long as they are MPEG4, good for browsing photos, good as a GPS map in a car. Not so good as an SSH client, or editing documents, or navigating complex websites. Which may just be because I don't have a bluetooth keyboard or mouse - the soft keyboard is annoying to use and is missing critical keys like "up". The camera is OK, once I figured out that the volume button works as a shutter release, and to keep my fingers off the lens.
Includes accelerometer, GPS chip, Wi-Fi, bluetooth, front & back cameras, miracast, microSD slot, USB slave interface, 2A charger. No 3G chip.
