Why is my new computer running slow? - 1
Added (1). I recently bought a Lenovo Erazer x315 and it hasn't been as fast as people have told me. I can barely run battlefield 4, battlefield hardline, and counter strike: global offensive at 60 fps at medium settings. I've had the computer for a couple days now and I'm pretty sure everything is updated as well. Can someone tell me what's the problem?
Like any mammal, running speed varies extensively from animal to animal. I suggest a warm shot of wheat germ to help liven up your little fuzzball.
Whenever mine is running slow i go and buy a large industrial tube of vaseline and rub it over all the parts of the computer

I looked up the specs and looks like your graphics card is an R9 260. I would upgrade to at least a 280x (or GTX 960) . Radeon 260 is a lower mid-range card so you can expect a mid-range performance out of it.
