I just bought a Lenovo Y710 and it was defective, damn thing kept freezing. Anyway after calling them they agreed to send me a replacement but out of curiosity… I took off the side panels just to take a look to see if I could see anything obviously wrong. Stupid me, I bent the pins on the motherboard when pulling out the video card… I mean I bent them all, bad, so now the video card is basically just sitting on top of the pins. Will Lenovo still accept it for a replacement? I even told them that the connection to the motherboard from the video card was…"maybe damaged during shipping" Lmao
Will Lenovo accept it for a replacement?

Just like curiosity killed the cat, "but out of curiosity" just cost you a computer. Lenovo can tell if it is shipping damage or "stupid" damage.

You deserver to have Lenovo charge you for the full cost of that computer…

Put the thing back together and stay the heck out of the cabinet and don't speak to Lenovo and let them know that you have tampered with it or you won't be getting anything back why you don't just take it back to where you bought it from I don't know
