I just ordered a Lenovo C365 Touch screen desktop (all-in-one) with windows 8. I installed google chrome right away. I set my computer up normally and creating a password for the login info right when I power it up. I looked at other solutions for speeding up my internet broswer by unchecking the IPv6 box in the adapter setting, uninstalled Mcafee too.It sped it up a small amount.
Why is my BRAND NEW All in one PC's internet and browser in general so slow?

Brand new pc's come with bundled software that really isn't needed. (and Mcafee is horrible so that was a good step) so I suggest you uninstall all the programs you don't really need. Then download ccleaner from piriform.com… There's a registry cleaner. Run it 2 or 3 times until it finds no problems (it will prompt you if you want to backup reg entries, say yes. You can delete these after you have rebooted and all is fine)
then in the tools section there's a startup section. You can disable things from startup that you don't need (google items if you aren't sure)
how much memory did you get with it? 4 gig? If so, that should be fine. Less than that you should add 2 more gig
