I have a valid user id and password (they work on three other computers) that don't work on my Lenovo laptop with Windows 8 RT. I enter the password, get prompted to have code sent to phone or sms message. I get the code, enter it, and I'm sent back to the log in screen. I'm in a loop.

Try using other browser like google chrome or mozilla firefox, those are updated browsers. Maybe you need to change your browser if that helps.

IE is the only browser for win8 RT.
