Which screen do I need for a Lenovo t530?

Lenovo T530 laptop screen
I have a Lenovo t530 2359CTO that due to a recent drop needs a new screen. When I purchased the laptop I opted for a matte 1920x1080 screen. When I look for a replacement my options are 1366x768 or 1600x900. Which is correct

Why does my laptop screen keep turning black?

I own a Lenovo ideapad with an NVIDIA Geforce GT 650M graphics card. Windows 8 is the OS installed. Everything worked fine on the laptop until I updated to Windows 8.1.

If I let the laptop sit for more than one minute, the screen will turn black. The backlight stays on, so the screen is not turning completely off. Any key press or mouse movement will "wake" the screen from this state.

I have checked several things to try and resolve the issue. I have updated my graphics card drivers to the latest versions. I have restarted my PC a few times. I have observed this behavior while it is plugged into an outlet or unplugged and running off the battery.

I have also looked into the power settings for my PC. The screen is not set to turn off until 15 minutes and the laptop isn't supposed to go to sleep until 30. Adaptive brightness is not enabled.

Lenovo x201 Fingerprint scanner?

Now I just learned about this neat little feature that my lenovo laptop has which is the fingerprint scanner and I like it alot because of the added security, now what I would like to know is if there are any programs out there that use that feature as well?

Where can I get a good gaming laptop for less than $1000?

I know what you're going to say. That's impossible. It's like asking a Ferrari or a Lamborghini for less than $100,000.

But I've heard of people say that they bought a gaming laptop for less than $1000 and it runs games at high graphics.

I need links to the laptops or links to sites where I can make mine for less than $1000.

Trouble with Windows 8.1 opening programs and display brightness?

Apologies in advance for this long post, but I like to be thorough. So to get right down to it, here are my laptops specs:

-I use a Lenovo Ideapad 585 laptop
-Processor- AMD E1-1500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.48GHZ
-Ram- 4GB
-Operating System- the 64-bit version of Windows 8.1

I believe the whole issue stems from updating to windows 8.1. Had no issues for a few weeks after the update and then I had an issue with not being able to change the brightness on the screen. I installed the latest drivers; video, lenovo Energy Management, and a few windows driver packages from the lenovo website that fixed other peoples problems. One of those things did the trick and I could adjust my screens brightness.

Then the current issue started up, not being able to open certain programs. I've only found three so far: Windows Photo Preview program, AMD Control Catalyst Center, and Razer Synapse, but I imagine there are more. At this point I did a system restore to back before the screen brightness issue since I couldn't remember what I had done that might have started this issue, and that fixed opening those programs. But of course the screen brightness didn't work again a few days later.

I could go back to an older driver and that fixed the issue. Went from AMD Radeon HD 7130 Graphics to AMD Radeon HD 7130M and that fixed the screen brightness again. But back to square one on opening those programs a day later.

Should I buy an Anti-Glare screen protector for laptop?

I have a laptop - Lenovo Ideapad z500 - 15.6" screen size.

I hate its reflective glossy display. I want to put ViewGurad's Anti-Glare screen protector on it.

My concern is whether the laptop skin will be looking dull or maybe weird colors or something else after applying that screen protector.

Also, will it somehow damage the screen if I ever want to pull it out?
