Need suggestions for a new laptop?

I have an old laptop and I need a new one. I would like for someone to suggest some that they have actually used before. I need one that runs Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, has at least 4GB RAM and a processor that is good enough to let me run some games. Some games include Dark Souls, League of Legends, GTA IV, and some others. I don't want a touchscreen, and I don't care if it has a disk drive or not. I would like one that is fairly cheap on Black Friday. Preferred brands are ASUS, HP, Lenovo, and Dell.

I've been playing some games like CS: GO, Garry's Mod and Chivalry Medieval Warfare. I know my laptop can run all these games on more than 30 fps

Added (1). My display is 1920 x 1080 60hz and i tried using fraps and razer gamebooster to tell me the frame rates. Both have shown 30 fps.
