I'm trying to open my run command on my windows 8 Lenovo laptop but when I type run in the search it says 0 apps, 8 settings, and 589 files. It used to say 1 app which is run but now its not there. I thought it was built into windows so it couldn't be deleted. Well is there anything i can do to get it back. I haven't tried anything yet. If your unfamiliar with what it look like just type "run command" into google imaged without the quotes.
Ok, so I have been using this old PC with Windows XP on it ad it only has 1 GB of RAM. I have been playing two games on it, League Of Legends and Team Fortress 2 and they lag A LOT. So, my parents told me that they will buy me a laptop under 530$. I'm just looking for a normal laptop that is good with Windows 7, has 4 GB of RAM like every laptop and some HDD memory and can just play League Of Legends in High Quality without lagging. So, these are the following laptops I can buy: HP, Toshiba, ASUS, Acer and Lenovo. I'm not an expert on laptops, please help me out

When I connect my galaxy s2 to my laptop, it just keeps connecting and disconnecting. I have downloaded the drivers on my laptop. I've tried it on another laptop and it connects fine, but not on the one i have. How can i fix this?

I'm looking for a laptop for college. I've been looking into HP, Lenovo, and MacBook Pros. I need a laptop with an i5 or i7 processor. It can't be really heavy(I'll be lugging it in between lectures). It can be a touch screen, preferably 13"-14" screen. It need to have good hard drive and ram storage. I also plan to do some gaming and I'm probably going to download music and movies off line. I'm going to major in computer science. What are some good laptop models?
I'm going into Mechanical Engineering this fall, and need a new laptop (my current one is 4 years old and slow). To run programs like AutoCAD and Solidworks, it has been recommended that I get an i7 processor. This laptop would be used for some gaming, photoshop, along with typical school activities.

So I bought a Lenovo G710, and I've had it for maybe a month. I'm not sure if this is a normal thing for laptops, but right when I turn it on, the fans start turning. They're not too loud, but they're not quiet either. The fans blow cold air out, and the laptop isn't hot or anything. I'm just wondering if it's just the way laptops are or if I'm supposed to be concerned.
I just wanted to ask if I could play Tera Online on a GOOD graphics setting without lag on the Lenovo Y510p. I don't know if I should get the duo graphics card or the regular one, since there's a heavy price difference. Will the single graphics card for $900 do the trick?
