How do I upgrade my gaming performance on Laptop for better experience?

I have a Lenovo ideapad 110 / 4Gb RAM / intel / 1.60 GHz / 2 CPUs? (says it on Diag for some reason) / DirectX 12/ Microsoft Graphics Hybrid: not supported/ / Windows 10.

I could not play good games properly such as the forest, rust, etc without the gaming being so slow to process the movements and will freeze for a certain time and continue blurring out the movement, but I know a person with the same stats on their laptop but still manage to play on the lowest quality. I do not know much about laptops and PC and why this is doing this or replacing components. It would be great if I can get a quality advice from someone.

Safe storage of laptops with built-in batteries?

When preparing previous laptops for long-term storage, I'd just pull out the replaceable battery and kept it outside the system. What is the safest way to store newer laptops that have integrated batteries (not intended for removal by average computer owners)? If the laptops aren't going to be used for a while, is there a "shipment setting" or some way to disable the battery without actually disassembling the system, or will they be okay with the batteries left still connected?

New Lenovo laptop. Hot hard drive disc?

I just set it up out of the box and there's a lot of heat on the keyboard area just above where the hdd is located inside. What is going on here?

Added (1). The computer was only on for about a half hour when ithe heat became noticeable. It goes from warm to hot, then back to warm again. Is this a problem/ cause for concern?

What is the Privacy Protection Password for my Lenovo phone?

My phone has been reset and now it is asking to enter a Privacy Protection Password. I forgot the password. What should I do now? Please don't tell me to call someone, download a software in my computer or anything that's hard. Tell me how to get the password or how to remove the password through phone (it's OK if I need to connect it to a laptop and erase the password, as long as I don't have to download anything in my laptop).

Where can I download Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate edition?

I have recently got a new Lenovo laptop that uses the windows 10.I've been wanting to install zoo tycoon 2 onto it but it does not have a disc drive, otherwise, I would have downloaded it by now since I have the disc for it already. I have searched online in sites that give free downloads, however, I'm afraid of downloading from a sketchy website and receiving a virus. Does anybody know where I can safely download the game?

Headphones won't fit in laptop headphone jack?

I bought a new laptop Lenovo Ideapad 310 but when i try to plug in my headphone with a 3.5mm jack it won't go in completely. How can i fix this or is this the computers fault?
