Windows 10 ADMINISTRATION is blocking me doing many things on my LENOVO THINKPAD YOGA 12.5 INCH laptop?

I want to download apps such as Steam and Skype, so when I try, I get asked to provide admin details (username and password), so when I do, I get told that it requires evaluation, I can't really remember the message, WAIT I'VE GOT IT, IT WAS 'Operation requires evaluation'. So yeah, just wondering. PS: I believe that as this is a loan laptop from my school, they may have blocked some apps?

Windows 10 sound problem? Audio quality getting corrupted?

My device:
Lenovo G500

Ever since I've upgraded to windows 10, this has happened a ton of times.
Sound output turns shittier, whether I'm using the laptop speakers (inbuilt), headphones or external speakers.
The audio remains functional but sound quality turns horrible & unbearable to hear.

I uninstalled the audio driver (conexant HD) & reinstall it (using the driver disc that came with laptop; windows 8 then).
& the problem gets solved.
Audio quality is back to good.

But, this keeps happening again & again.
I have uninstall & reinstall driver every 2 weeks.

AND yesterday, a windows update got installed & audio got corrupted simultaneously. Now it's not getting corrected by uninstalling & reinstalling.

I need help understanding this problem & solving this permanently.

Laptop only displays a blank screen after Lenovo logo?

I have a Lenovo y50-70 laptop that won't start. I downloaded an updated for Windows 10 and then reset so the update would be applied but all I'm getting after it boots up is a black screen and I can see the mouse and nothing else. It shows the Lenovo logo and then nothing. Ctrl+alt+delete won't work and neither will any other button combos. I've tried running out the battery and holding the power button for a while but that didn't work either. Is there anything I can do to get my laptop working again?

Mouse not working in USB port but other mouse, thumb drive etc. Works in it?

My USB port on my Lenovo Y410P laptop running windows 10, is not working for my new mouse. I changed out my mouse from a cheap wireless mouse to a gaming mouse ( X-Craft Twilight 2000 specifically). The gaming mouse works on my other 2 USB 2.0 ports on the right side but just not that one. The port is a USB 3.0 on the left side of the laptop, doesn't seem to have any problem connecting with other devices like my thumb drive, external hard drive and my previous wireless mouse. The gaming mouse lights up immediately with its LED lights when plugged in the other USB ports but does not light up on that one port. Tried safe mode, restarting, uninstalling USB drivers from device manager but nothing worked so far. Any ideas on how to fix this?
