I'm Windows 7 ultimate lover from last 6 years, recently I have installed windows 7 in my system, which? Is Lenovo x61, this laptop install Wi-Fi driver by default, and after this I usually go to control panel and the last option windows update, I click on that and automatically received updates from Microsoft for examples security drivers, graphic drivers etc etc… But this time I'm not receiving anything, looks like it's just searching this it, can anyone guide me please.

Why won't my bios recognize my USB dvd drive?

How do I get my Bios to recognize my usb dvd drive? Its recognized by windows but not bios. So why doesn't my bios recognize it? The bios recognizes my usb hard drive, but not the usb dvd drive.

The dvd drive I'm using is portable dvd writer model SE-208. The laptop I'm using is lenovo y510p.

Added (1). I can't get it to read usb dvd drive first because it doesn't show up in the list of hardware in the bios. And USB legacy support is already enabled.

Strange Beeping Noises From Laptop While Scrolling (Lenovo)?

Sometimes when i scroll using 2 fingers on my laptop a beeping noise can be heard.
I have heard it with headphone and without.
Also when sometimes I type some letters are repeated.

My computer is a Lenovo 11e windows 10.
Is there anything to be afraid of?

Why does my cursor keep freezing randomly?

Added (1). I'm using a Lenovo laptop running Windows 10 Home edition. Just recently (within the last couple of weeks) my mouse cursor has just started to freeze every 10 minutes or so for about 10 seconds at a time. At first I just managed to cope with it but its really starting to p*ss me off now. Can anyone explain why its just suddenly started doing this?

Why is 1 Laptop dragging down internet?

Don't have the fastest internet speed but I can run my ps4 on psn online playing games online and it runs fine with a tablet, cell phone and 1 other laptop running on the Wi-Fi as well, for the ps4 i'm running direct wire Ethernet cable. But my mom's Lenovo laptop kills the entire network to a very slow crawl, my question is Why would 1 laptop drag down the entire internet? Its a slow laptop, anything I can do other than not use it?

Why is my new Lenovo laptop randomly freezing?

I've recently bought a brand new Lenovo Edge 2. I've used it for about 2-3 weeks now. I notice that it RANDOMLY freezes, the mouse cursor doesn't move, the screen just stays still, any video's playing stop, any audio that was playing at the time it freezes turn into a harsh sound like a plug was improperly plugged into a very large and loud speaker.

Not sure what the problem is… Considering it freezes randomly. It gets quite annoying as it freezes in the middle of me using Skype, researching, and occasionally playing games with friends.
I bought this because it was a reasonably nice laptop that can be used in my college and has the power for playing any games or watching media.

Windows 10
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50Ghz 2.59GHz
8GB RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.
Touch Support.
