I have a Lenovo Flex 15 with Intel Core i5 and 6 Gigs of RAM.
The power button blinks constantly but the computer itself refuses to turn on.
I can't access BIOS.

Have you tried taking the battey out and leaving it plugged in and than turning it on? I have had similiar problems linked to me battery goning bad.

Keep holding the power button for about 8 sec.
It will tern off then you can turn it back on.
