Added (1). So, my Lenovo Y50 just came in the mail today, it was cold. I tried unplugging/replugging. I also tried removing the battery with the AC adapter in but, the computer did not turn on.
Hi! My archeage has always been a bit laggy even though I have a good processor and cpu and stuff but found out that I have directx 11 and would be better if I also downloaded directx 9 as well so I did and then game was still lagging so I went back and found out I need to download the installer thing as well for the directx so i did, but now the game crashes after the 3 intro things (the door, the butterfly and then the the eye). I read that maybe it's he firewall so I went into that and added Glyph as an exception but that hasn't worked either and I'm not really a computery person to being with so I'm out of options and have no idea how to fix the game now!
Added (1). Btw, I have a lenovo windows 8.1. Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-421OU CPU @ 1.70GHz (4CPUs), ~2.4GHz? With 4GB RAM or something… I dunno what any of it means but my brother says it should be fine for a game like Archeage.
So I'm a YouTube creator from the Philippines and I make guitar videos. I was contacted by Reelio (a third-party sponsorship company) about Lenovo wanting to sponsor one of my videos. We agreed on a certain CPM and the lifespan of the advertisement.
Now it has concluded and they sent me the receipt with a note that the total amount is subject to Paypal s standard fees. There was nothing on the receipt about tax but they also sent me a W-8BEN form to sign.
The problem is I'm not quite sure if I should fill the form?
And, if I do, exactly what type of income is it considered? I want to claim tax treaty benefits. I reviewed the tax treaty between the Philippines and the US and the one that I think it might fall under is Independent Personal Service or Artistes and Athletes. Although I'm really not sure. And I'm not quite sure what to put in the "Explain the reasons the beneficial owner meets the terms of the treaty article" section.

I have been using windows 8.1 genuine for last 6 months. Now i want to backup my system to some DVDs. When i start backup it estimates the backup size as 55 GB or something. Which means it is going to backup not only the system but also the soft-wares i have installed to the PC. Is there any solution to backup only my system. (i can remember one of my friends did it and it took about 16 GB. I'm using a lenovo G510 PC).
